Registered Manager / Company Director

My name is Amanda Corby, and I have over 30 years experience in Health and Social care. I began my career as a Support Worker, and worked my way up to being a Registered Manager, managing a mid-sized domiciliary care service. Aspire 2B Care was established in 2018, and in my role as the Registered Manager and Company Director, I always strive in everything I do to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to all of our service users.

Human Resources Manager

My name is Katrina Cowbourne. I have over 16 years experience across a diverse section of skills within a major Mortgage company. I changed my career to work in HR at a mid-sized domiciliary care service several years ago, and I am dedicated to upholding the standards of service championed by Aspire 2B Care.


Care Operations Manager

My name is Arron Moorhouse. I have 9 years experience in the health and social care. I have worked many roles from voluntary to support worker to where I am today with aspire 2b care. My experience ranges from children, elderly, mental health and all aspects of disabilities. I fully enjoy my role and the wonderful opportunity to work with many different people and I'm proud to be a part of supporting others to move forward in life.

My name is Helen Story, l am Senior Care Coordinator and my role includes supporting clients as well as making sure all clients needs are met . I am a people person who goes above & beyond for clients & colleagues. Coming from a customer facing back ground I understand the importance of a person centered service, and I will make it my personal goal to provide a service that suits your needs to the best of my abilities.

My name is Robert Hudson. I have 5 years’ experience in health and social care, supporting people with autism, elderly, and varied learning difficulties. I enjoy my role and find it rewarding to help others have a great day. I have recently been promoted to Senior Care Coordinator, I am looking forward to the new challenges.

My name is Joe Holmes, and my role is to ensure that the care we provide is of the highest quality; that our clients are happy; and that our staff feel fulfilled and appreciated. After having the privilege to experience customer service in many forms from my time as a deputy manager in retail, to my time working within the care sector, I have grown as a person and learnt the importance of Observation, Responsibility, Action and Leadership. Excellent customer service and an approachable presence are very important to me. I will always go above and beyond to help where I can.

Hi my name is Sophie Halsworth. I have 10 years experience working in customer service mainly in the retail and travel industries. I pride myself on my desire to always do my best in everything I do.
